Hi everyone! Well it has been an eventful couple months to say the least! Three things stand out more than most. First My handsome hubby has now retired and trying to adjust to being home all the time. (I am adjusting to that too!  :nod: ) Second, I have RE-INJURED my arm so am back and forth to the doctor who did the surgery on it. :crying: We are HOPING it will eventually heal without more surgery. (fingers crossed here and need your prayers too please!) And third, and sadly, my father-in-law died two weeks ago on the 31st of Aug. So we had to go down to S.C. to take care of things down there and have the funeral. :blackrose:   :cries

Well it seems I am doing MUCH better than when I last posted a journal entry! I can now use my arm to do most things, still not 100% but Doc says that will take quite a long time yet. My darling Hubby, Paul is finally going to retire at the end of this month! HOORAY!! (I think) It will be hard getting used to having him home every day. I will have to teach him the fine art of afternoon snoozies! (or else look for a job myself!haha) just kidding. I know it will be great! maybe I can finally find time to post more regularly. Anyway I have my Grandson here for a couple weeks so he is definitely keeping "Mema" busy! More later!

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your well wishes they were very much appreciated! I can only use my right hand for now so even though I am back on DA please expect only VERY short comments until I am able to use both hands again. My recovery is going to be pretty slow I am told so it may be a few months until I have both hands again. Again THANKS to all of you! HUS TO ALL!!
